Prior enforcement - we discussed that documentation of historic violations within the last three <br />years needed to be uploaded in CERS. Attached is the most recent document related to our <br />violation in 2016. In speaking with Chris, this was uploaded in a previous submittal for September <br />2023, but did not get included on the November 2023 submittal. <br />2. Local Agency Notification - I am still following up with other agencies on this. I should have an <br />updated letter regarding notification within the next two weeks. <br />3.
