All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #31 Disinfectant Feeders <br />OBSERVATIONS: Chlorine tablets are being used in the skimmer. Only feed chemicals automatically. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each pool shall be provided with a system capable of continuous disinfection of the pool water. (CBC <br />3123B) Disinfectant feeders shall be capable of supplying not less than the equivalent of 3 pounds of 100 percent available chlorine <br />per day per 10,000 gallons of pool water.
