Our
department has moved to a new database and is experiencing unforeseen difficulties. We are
hoping to send the invoices out soon. During this time, our department will consider A2
Bakeshoppe as being open for business with a valid operating permit. If an inspection occurs,
A2 Bakeshoppe will not be penalized or cited for not displaying a current health permit. I
apologize for this inconvenience.
If you have any questions, please contact me at (209) 468-3438.
Sincerely,
tvz
Jeff Carruesco, REHS Program Coordinator
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E.
