Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br /> #29 Toxic Substances Properly Identified/Stored/Used <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed a pesticide dispenser in the front service area. Per owner,the product inside was food safe as it <br /> was purchased at Restaurant Depot but did not have documentation. Store pesticides away from all food prep, storage, and <br /> service areas. Use only food safe pest control methods. Met with owner and was granted access for complaint inspection. Per owner, the only gloves used more <br /> than once are the heat resistant gloves. Staff has different gloves for handling food. Did not observe leaking refrigeration <br /> equipment.All hand sinks were observed in good working order.
