Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br />community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br />commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Provide written notification to "Qt <br />(a�sl4ov.orq for the following repairs and testing (a 48-hour <br />notice is required). Please be aware: an inspector may not be present for testing. <br />a. Verification of the dispenser footprints contained by the under dispenser containment <br />sumps (UDCs). Any potential leaks from piping and fuel filters must drain directly into <br />UDCs. <br />b. Visual inspection of the piping within the dispensers for possible leaks <br />4. Any individual perf <br />orming the work of a service technician must meet the following <br />qualifications: <br />c. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid, <br />current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board (may be <br />issued to the installation company), or a Tank Tester's license issued to the individual <br />by the State Water Board <br />d. Possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically <br />present at the work site who possesses a valid, current California UST Service <br />Technician certificate issued by the International Code Council (ICC) <br />e. Possesses a valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br />component(s) being tested, repaired, or serviced <br />1868 E.
