All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #18 Pool Shell and Tile <br />OBSERVATIONS: Pitting observed in plaster of pool shell. Plan to re-plaster pool in the future. (REPEAT) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shells shall be white and have a smooth waterproof interior finish that will withstand repeated <br />brushing, and scrubbing. A spa pool may be finished in a light color other than white when approved by the enforcement agency. (CBC <br />3108B) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: The skimmers were lacking one weir and one o-ring. Install all parts to the skimmers within three days. <br />(REPEAT) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall <br />be maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
