Environmental Health Department <br />Telephone: () - Owner/Operator: QUAILWOOD POOL <br />Inspection Type: Routine <br />Address: 4926 GROUSE RUN DR, STOCKTON 95207 <br />Date: 06/03/2025Name of Facility:QUAILWOOD APARTMENTS <br />Reinspection on or after: <br />Swimming Pool Official Inspection Report <br />Program Element: 3612 - PUBLIC POOL/SPA - ADDITIONAL <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code section(s) 116043, 116040, & <br />116050. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #18 Pool Shell and Tile <br />OBSERVATIONS: Several tiles were lacking or detached from the spa wall near the skimmer. Replace/repair tiles within three <br />days. (REPEAT) <br />Pitting of the spa shell was observed. Plan to re-plaster spa in the future. (REPEAT) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shells shall be white and have a smooth waterproof interior finish that will withstand repeated <br />brushing, and scrubbing. A spa pool may be finished in a light color other than white when approved by the enforcement agency. (CBC <br />3108B) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: The skimmer lacked a weir. Install a weir within one week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall <br />be maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
