Mr. Nunez is planning to tap into <br /> the existing water, sewer, and storm line located on B Street to provide service to sixty <br /> two new lots in the new Old Oaks Estates in the City of Stockton. As the street was <br /> recently reconstructed, our policy does not allow for pavement cuts. In order to mitigate <br /> for the trenches,he will grind and resurface the area from ten feet south of the storm line <br /> to ten feet north of the water line and overlay with 1 1/2"of AC. <br /> My recommendation is to allow the applicant to tap into the utility line as stated above <br /> based on the proposed mitigation to grind and resurface the recently reconstruction <br /> roadway to conform to the rest of the road. Any disturbed stripping is to be replaced as it <br /> was before the work was performed. Pete Martin from Design Engineering and David <br /> Mendoza from Field Engineering, have reviewed and concur with the work that is <br /> planned to be performed on B Street. <br /> Approved by: � <br />
