This permit coves only moves within County rights of way under the jurisdiction of the Department of Public <br /> works.State Division of Highways and City permits must be secured for travel over higliways and strata of respective jurisdiction. <br /> CY RPTANt OF PERMIT. The moving of any conveyance or-doing of any work on the highway in conjunction with the provisions of this permit shal <br /> regarded as an agceptam by the Permittee of all terms and conditions of this permit <br /> A. It shall be submitted on demand of any anHwrized representative of the Public Works Department or of any law enforcement offica <br /> B.: R_EVOCATM This permit is revocable at any time upon written notice to the mailing address of the Permittm <br /> ffi Q SAEM AND CONVENIENCE. REPAIR OF DAMAGB. In accepting this permit,the Permittee'agrees to repair at his own expense,and total satisfaction of the County Public Works <br /> Department,any damage to the bighway or structures.At the option of the Department of Public Works,repair work may be done by the Department,the <br /> of repair borne by the Permittee. <br /> VI.• LIABILITY. The Permittee,by acceptance of this permit,shall assume frill responsibility for all liability for personal injury and propFrty damage which <br /> occur•through any act or omission of the Permittee while pursuing the functions of this permit.In tine event any claim is made against the County of San <br /> Joaquin or any department,official or employee thereof,through,by reason of,or in connection'with.any such act or omission,the Permittee shall defend <br /> indemnify and hold them and each of them harmless of such claim <br /> VII.
