It shall be submitted on demand of any authorized representative of the Public Works Department or of any law enforcement offices <br /> g, • pJnMCA=This permit is revocable at any time upon written notice to the mailing address of the Permittee: <br /> III. T AMIC.SAM AND CONVEIUNCB. The Permittee shall at all times give strict attention to the safety and rights of the traveling public. <br /> A. IWAMM VISMU TI'Y. AspHALT PAMRAMTS. Conveyances with steel tires and tracks with cleats and other detrimental=evenness of road bearing surface shall <br /> be driven over County roads without first providing a protective pad,planks or heavy betting,under the tracks to.Fuwt the pavement unless <br /> specifically so stated on the face bereof. <br /> B. REPAIR OF DAMAGE. In accepting this permit,the Permittee'agrees to repair at his own expense,and total satisfaction of the County Public Works <br /> Departunent,any damage to the highway or structures.At the option of the Department of Public Works,repair work may be done by the Department,thi <br /> c f repair borne by the Permittee. <br /> VI.• LI&DZ erg, The Permittee,by acceptance of this permit,shall assume full responsibility for all liability for personal injury and property damage which <br /> occur1irough any act or omission of the Permittes while pursuing the functions of this permit.In the event any claim is made against the County of San <br /> Joaquin or any departmeut,official or employee thereof,throngh,by reason of,or in connection`withany such act or omission,the Permittee shall defense <br /> indatunify and hold them and each of them harmless of such claim. <br /> VII. CERTIFICATION OF INSURANCB.
