Special Conditions for -2- <br /> ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br /> 14. Roadway areas from 5 feet north of the Sanitary Sewer to the future gutter lip to the south shall <br /> receive a 0.12-foot asphalt concrete overlay. All pavement conforms shall be ground to provide a <br /> flush surface. Contractor shall grind and overlay within 10 working days of permanent trench <br /> paving. Shoulder areas shall be brought up to the finish grade as directed by the County. <br /> 15. Work on Main Street shall be coordinated with the County's Cardinal Avenue project so as not to <br /> interfere with scheduled detours. Contact John Robles at (209)468-3017. <br /> 16. All work on Main Street shall be completed prior to August 31, 2006 to avoid conflict with the Main <br /> Street resurfacing project. (Del Mar Avenue to Gillis Road) <br /> 17. School buses shall be passed through the work zone with minimal delay. Children walking to <br /> school shall be escorted through the work zone. <br /> 18. Frontages of commercial properties shall not be blocked in a manner that restricts access of the <br /> public to the site. <br /> 19. Contractor shall place County supplied Storm Water quality labels at all storm drain inlets on Main <br /> Street. <br /> 20. Traffic signal maintenance agreement shall be required. <br /> 21. Permit and Inspection Fetes will be charged for this project on a time-and-material basis. Funds <br /> exist from a previous deposit, however, future deposits will be required, if necessary. The County <br /> will provide documentation of costs, including overhead. <br /> 22. The East Side Fire Department on the Southeast corner of East Main Street and Olive Avenue <br /> shall be notified of the road work and traffic delays before road work begins. <br />
