Conditions of approval for Memorial Hospitals Association Cancer Awareness Run and Bike Event to take <br /> place on September 16, 2006 <br /> Traffic Engineering: <br /> 1. Bike riders only on County's route <br /> 2. Use of certified flagger to control intersections. <br /> 3. All riders shall conform to safety equipment for bikes per CVC requirements. <br /> 4. No rider or passenger taking part of this event shall be under the age of 16 years of age. <br /> 5. Provide advance warning signs placed on orange reflective sheeting 7 days in <br /> advance of the event placed along the route giving date and time. <br /> Public Services: <br /> 1. Event permit covers the time from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. <br /> 2. Contact Sergeant Luthey with the Ripon Police Dept(209)-599-0260. <br /> 3. $1,000,000 Liability Insurance required. <br />
