Surface grades of approach(es) and/or to open ends of pipe. No ponding nor puddles on <br /> pavement surface shall be allowed. <br /> The Field Engineering Division of this office shall receive no less than forty-eight(48) hours notice prior to <br /> beginning of any work within the County right-of-way.
