NORTH OF LINNE ROAD <br /> Dear Mr. Batterson: <br /> The City of Tracy has received numerous calls from motorists regarding bumpy and <br /> dangerous conditions of the UPRR crossing on Corral Hollow Road, just north of Linne <br /> Road. The concrete panels are loose and unstable. They are moving as cars and <br /> trucks pass over them. The crossing is not safe for the motorists and the condition <br /> worsens in the rain. <br /> We have contacted the Union Pacific Rail Road (UPRR ) to resolve this issue. We are in <br /> agreement with the UPRR that the City of Tracy will provide traffic control services and <br /> the UPRR will fix the railroad crossing. The work will take approximately one week to be <br /> completed. During construction, Corral Hollow Road must be closed between Valpico <br /> Road and Linne Road to through traffic, but local traffic will be allowed. A section of <br /> Corral Hollow Road between Valpico Road and Linne Road is located within the County. <br /> We have enclosed a traffic detour plan for your review and approval.
