s <br /> PRESTON PIPELINES <br /> General Engineering Contractor <br /> License#367660 <br /> August 21,2007 <br /> To: Businesses and Residents on Washington Street,Fresno Ave.,Harbor Dr. and <br /> Los Angeles St. <br /> This letter is to inform you about the construction work we plan to start on or about <br /> August 27,2007, in your neighborhood. This work is being done for the Margie Jordan <br /> Estates project off of Washington Ave. Our working hours will be approximately Tarn to <br /> 5pm: Monday through Friday. <br /> We will be installing a storm drain line and structures in'Washington Street. We estimate <br /> this work will take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete. <br /> The west bound lane of Washington St. will be closed between Fresno Avenue and Los <br /> Angeles St. during the course of these construction activities. A temporary detour will be <br /> set up that will route traffic North on Fresno Ave, West on Harbor Dr.,then South on Los <br /> Angeles to get back to Washington St. <br /> You will be able to access your house when we are working near your residence_ There <br /> may be some delays, depending on the type of construction work and location. We will <br /> do our best to minimize the delays and inconvenience our construction operations may <br /> cause. <br /> Please use caution when traveling or walking around our work areas. We would like to <br /> suggest that you park your cars outside of our work area each day when we are working <br /> near your house, to help eliminate any potential delays and inconveniences. There will be <br /> no parking in the areas adjacent to our street closure areas, as these areas will be <br /> necessary to stage our equipment and materials.
