HAZARD COMMUNICATION APPLICABLE ® NOT APPLICABLE <br /> The following procedures must be followed for all chemicals brought on site (i.e., <br /> decontamination solution, sampling preservatives, KB-1 Solution, Sodium <br /> Permanganate, etc.): <br /> • Labels on incoming primary chemical containers must not be defaced. <br /> • Chemical containers must be stored in appropriate storage cabinets. <br /> • Secondary containers and storage cabinets must be correctly and clearly labeled <br /> using the Hazardous Materials Identification System (HMIS). <br /> • Incompatible chemicals must not be stored together. <br /> • Workers have received training on the hazards of these chemicals as indicated <br /> in Table 2. <br /> • A Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for each chemical must be included in <br /> Appendix.
