Resident notification will be delivered to homes and businesses on the race route at least two <br /> weeks prior to the event date. These notices will detail road closures, managed stops, event <br /> timelines and alternate routes. <br /> 2. Auto Plaza Drive will be closed to all traffic from 12pm on Friday, September 29th till 12pm on <br /> Saturday, September 30th to accommodate the Women's Health Expo and finish line area. <br /> I West Valley Mall Road will be closed at Auto Plaza Drive to the backside of Gottschalks from <br /> 6am-8am to accommodate the start line chute of the Half Marathon. <br /> 4. The outermost lane of West Valley Mall Road will be delineated with 28" traffic cones and turn <br /> arrows on barricades will be placed on the course beginning at Gam <br /> 5. Course monitors with safety vests and stop signs will be posted at each entrance to the mall <br /> and at any restaurant driveway or intersection along the mall road deemed necessary. <br /> 6. Caution signage and left turn only signs will be placed at each of the mall entrances <br /> 7. At 8am on race day, Half Marathon runners will start in the ` Armost lane on West Valley Mall <br /> Road near the back of Gottschalks and proceed in a clockwise direction around the mall. <br /> 8. A lead vehicle will escort the half marathon runners (Police Motorcycle) <br /> 9.
