SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR: <br /> ARCH ROAD AND MARIPOSA ROAD ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br /> 1. Roadway must remain open to full normal traffic patterns during non-working hours. <br /> 2. flaggers need to focus on length of closure due to the number of tractor trailer rigs on <br /> Arch Road. <br /> 3. It will be required to shorten the one lane portion and limit borings to only a few holes at a <br /> time and then move the closure lane as the hole borings move. <br /> 4. At intersections one flagger is not enough to control multiple directions. <br />
