Your original <br /> application for work completed at 2488 South "B" Street, per California Water Service Company <br /> Job Number 7851, was approved without a County trench waiver policy since the work <br /> described on the application sketch was to be performed outside of the roadway area subject <br /> to the trench policy. <br /> "B" Street has recently been repaved and its status falls under our County's no trench policy. <br /> A field review by our County staff indicated that the work performed by California Water Service <br /> Company, Job Number 7851, exceeded beyond the scope of work approved on the application <br /> and now falls under the trench mitigation policy requirements for newly-paved roadways. <br /> The County requires that California Water Service Company obtain a new Encroachment Permit <br /> for mitigated work to be performed as indicated on the attached plan. A new fee in the amount <br /> of$225.58 is now required for the mitigated work. The new Encroachment Permit application <br /> may be obtained at the San Joaquin County Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton <br /> Avenue, Stockton, California, at which time the additional work required can be identified. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> MICHAEL R.
