B. Direction of Rotation <br /> Each piece of rotating equipment shall have a direction of rotation arrow. <br /> C. Factory Painting <br /> Motors, drives, starters, control panels and other similar self-contained or enclosed <br /> components, shall have a factory primer and high-quality oil-resistant baked industrial <br /> enamel finish. Paint or otherwise protect surfaces that are inaccessible after assembly <br /> by a method which provides protection for the life of the equipment. — <br /> B. Shop Priming <br /> Apply one or more shop coats of metal primer on surfaces to be finish painted at the _ <br /> site, of sufficient thickness to protect surfaces until finished. Use primers specified for <br /> the required paint systems in Section 09900. <br /> C.
