E. Prior to "final acceptance", the Contractor shall furnish to the Engineer a listing of <br /> warranty information for all manufacturers of materials, instruments, and equipment <br /> used on the project. The listing shall include the following: _ <br /> 1. Manufacturer's name, service contact person, phone number, and address. <br /> 2. Material and equipment description, equipment number, part number, serial <br /> number, and model number. <br /> 3. Manufacturer's warranty expiration date. <br /> F. The Contractor shall provide all labor and material to troubleshoot, program, replace, <br /> or repair any hardware or software that fails or operates unpredictably during the <br /> warranty period, at no additional cost to the Owner. <br /> G. Each time the Supplier's repair person responds to a system malfunction during the <br /> warranty period, he or she must contact the designated Owner maintenance <br /> supervisor for scheduling of the work, access to the jobsite, and permission to make _ <br /> repairs. Operation of facilities necessary to test equipment shall only be performed <br /> by or under the direction Owner staff. Owner reserves the right at its sole discretion <br /> to deny operations requested by the Supplier. A written description of all warranty — <br /> work performed shall be documented on a field service report to be given to Owner <br /> prior to the repair person leaving job site. This field service report shall detail and <br /> clearly state problem, corrective actions taken, additional work that needs to be <br /> done, data, repair person name and company. <br /> 3.12 FINAL ACCEPTANCE <br /> A. Final acceptance will be given by the Owner after the equipment has passed the — <br /> "operational testing" trial period, each deficiency has been corrected, as-built <br /> documentation has been provided, and all the requirements of design documents <br /> have been fulfilled. <br /> B. Upon completion of the project, prior to final acceptance, remove all temporary <br /> services, equipment, material, and wiring from the site. <br /> C. At the end of the project, following the completion of the field tests, and prior to final <br /> acceptance, the Supplier shall provide the following to the Owner: <br /> 1. Listing of warranty information. <br /> 2. Each "operation and maintenance" manual shall be modified or <br /> supplemented by the Supplier to reflect all field changes and as-built — <br /> conditions. <br /> 3. Two (2) CD disk copies of all final documentation to reflect as-built <br /> conditions. — <br /> D. Prior to final acceptance submit each key with matching duplicate. Wire all keys for <br /> each lock securely together. Tag and plainly mark with lock number or equipment <br /> identification, and indicate physical location, such as panel or switch number. <br /> July 2007 Division III-231 NEI Phase II Water and Sewer <br /> CIP Nos. 7468, 7589, 7590 <br />
