substantially the same as the form endorsements included as General Liability, <br /> Endorsement, Automobile Liability Endorsements, Worker's Compensation/Employer <br /> Liability Endorsements. Insurance Coverage Certificate shall also be completed by <br /> Contractor. <br /> 2.6 Chanqe in Terms <br /> The Contractor shall provide immediate written notice to the Owner of any change in <br /> terms and conditions and/or reduction in the coverage of any nature to the insurance <br /> policies. The notice shall be sent to: <br /> Director of Development and Engineering Services <br /> City of Tracy <br /> 520 Tracy Boulevard <br /> Tracy, CA 95376 <br /> The Contractor shall be obligated to pay any extra premium for maintaining the <br /> insurance requirements specified herein. <br /> 2.7 Builder's Risk Insurance <br /> 2.7.1 Standard Coverage The Contractor shall cause to be taken out, and maintain in the <br /> name of the Owner and the Contractor until final completion and acceptance of the <br /> project, Special Form (Course of Construction) Builder's Risk Insurance including but <br /> not limited to coverage against loss of damage to the project by fire, lightning, wind, hail, <br /> aircraft, riot, vehicle damage, explosion,_smoke, falling objects, vandalism, malicious <br /> mischief, collapse, and other such hazards as are normally covered by such coverage. <br /> Such insurance shall be in an amount equal to the replacement cost (without deduction <br /> for depreciation and subject to stipulated value in lieu of average clause) of all <br /> construction constituting any part of the work, excluding the cost of:excavations, of <br /> grading and filling of the land, and except that such insurancemay be subject to <br /> deductible clauses not to exceed $10,000 for any one loss. Such insurance will not <br /> cover loss or damage to the Contractor's equipment,`scaffolding or other materials not <br /> to be consumed in the construction of the project. <br /> 2.7.2 Earthquake and Flood Coverage - In addition to and within the terms specified in <br /> Paragraph 2.5.1, Standard Coverage, except as modified`herein, earthquake and flood <br /> insurance shall be provided. Earthquake coverage shall be for earthquakes equal to or <br /> less than a magnitude of 3.5 on the Richter Scale_ Earthquake and flood insurance may <br /> be subject to deductible clauses not to exceed five percent (5%) of such replacement <br /> cost for any one loss. <br /> 2.7.3 Subrogation - The Owner and Contractor hereby waive their rights of subrogation <br /> against each other. The Contractor shall obtain from the insurer a recognition that a <br /> waiver of subrogation endorsement for losses caused by fire or other perils to the extent <br /> covered by this insurance is provided.
