Advanced shall submit to County, for <br /> approval, a plan which indicates the proposed locations of the monitoring well and soil boring <br /> prior to commencement of any drilling activities. Final location of said monitoring well and soil <br /> boring shall be approved by County. <br /> Advanced hereby agrees it will never institute any action or suit at law or equity against <br /> the County of San Joaquin, (hereafter"County"), its officers, directors, agents or employees nor <br /> institute, prosecute or in any way aid in the institution or prosecution of any claim, demand, <br /> action, or cause of action for damage, loss or injury either to person or property, or both, in <br />
