For work along Eight Mile Road: The length of open, unbackfilled trench shall be limited to a <br /> total maximum length of 2,000 linear feet during working hours. At all times,the stored pipe <br /> shall be 8'from the north-side toe of slope. In areas where that is not achievable,the pipe will <br /> be stored on the North side of the trench. <br /> 12. Trench backfill compaction specifications contained within the geotechnical report by <br /> Kleinfelder, Inc. shall apply within County right-of-way. <br /> 13. Trenches shall be maintained in a smooth and even condition to the satisfaction of the County <br /> throughout the project limits at all times. <br /> 14. Settlement monitoring stations along Eight Mile Road shall be submitted to San Joaquin County <br /> prior to construction. Settlement monitoring reports shall be provided to San Joaquin County for <br /> review. Final settlement monitoring reports for Eight Mile Road, West of Trinity Parkway, shall <br /> be performed 60 days after pipeline construction is completed and accepted by the City as <br /> complete and prior to the end of the one year guarantee. <br /> 15. Above ground facilities (blowoffs, above ground corrosion protection items, monitoring test <br /> stations, etc.) shall be located outside or as close as possible to the County right-of-way. <br /> 16. All pipe and pipeline-related facilities including, but not limited to,valves, utility boxes and <br /> vaults, and frames and covers shall be maintained by City of Stockton. <br /> 17. The City of Stockton shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with the relocation <br /> and/or adjustment of these facilities as determined by the County at City's expense. <br /> 18. All future maintenance of the pipeline and related facilities within the County right-of-way will <br /> require a San Joaquin County Encroachment Permit. <br /> 19. Contractor shall submit an exhibit displaying existing roadway and drainage grades within the <br /> construction area prior to construction. Any repair to roadways and adjacent areas shall match <br /> existing grades. Any proposed grade changes shall receive prior approval from County. <br /> 20. Any drainage ditches disturbed by construction shall be fully restored. It is the responsibility of <br /> the applicant to ensure existing drainage channels/ditches convey drainage during and after <br /> construction and match pre-construction conditions. <br /> 21. Submit detailed traffic control plans affecting County roads for review and approval prior to <br /> start of any work—no exceptions. <br /> 22. All traffic control plans shall adhere to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices(MUTCD). <br /> 2 of 4 <br />
