This work <br /> plan has been prepared as requested by San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (SJCEHD)in their letter dated February 8, 2010. <br /> The proposed activities consist of the installation of two offsite groundwater monitoring wells to <br /> evaluate the downgradient extent of petroleum hydrocarbon impacts to soil and groundwater <br /> within the B zone. Additionally, the work plan includes a discussion regarding interim remedial <br /> actions. The specific scope of work is discussed below. <br /> 2.0 BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br /> 2.1 SITE HISTORY <br /> A summary of the site history and previous investigations is included in Attachment A. Historical <br /> groundwater monitoring and analytical data tables are included in Attachment B. Historical <br /> analytical soil data is included in Table 1.
