San Joaquin County Department of Public W <br /> provides this temporary will-serve letter for the proposed discharges, subject to the following requirements: g <br /> 1. Cal Water shall maintain coverage under Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control B <br /> (CVRWQCB) Water Quality General Order No. R5-2008-0081 'Waste Discharge oard <br /> Requirements for Dewatering and Other Low Threat to Surface Water". Cal Water shall <br /> submit a copy of the Notice of Applicability for discharges from Station No. 21, once obtained <br /> from CVRWQCB_ <br /> 2. The County shall be provided with copies of all submittals to the Central Valley Regional <br /> Quality Control Board pertaining to coverage under General Order No. R5-2008-0081, Water <br /> 3.
