(Cal Water), Stockton District Encroachment Permit <br /> application—Station 75 at the northeast comer of Filbert St. and Cherokee Rd. <br /> Dear Mr. Cooper, <br /> Regarding our application for an encroachment permit for our Stockton District station <br /> 75, located at the northeast corner of Filbert St. and Cherokee Rd. in Stockton, CA, <br /> please note that Cal Water agrees to disconnect the section of discharge pipeline that <br /> intrudes into the San Joaquin County right of way every day following our <br /> encroachment for our discharging events here. Our normal ours of operations are 8am to <br /> 5pm.
