San Joaquin County Department of Public Works (County) provides this <br /> temporary will-serve letter for the proposed discharges, subject to the following requirements <br /> 1. Cal Water shall maintain coverage under Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (CVRWQCB) Water Quality General Order No. R5-2008-0081 "Waste Discharge Requirements <br /> for Dewatering and Other Low Threat to Surface Water". Cal Water shall submit a copy of the <br /> Notice of Applicability for discharges from Station No. 21-02, once obtained from CVRWQCB. <br /> 2. The County shall be provided with copies of all submittals to the Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board pertaining to coverage under General Order No. R5-2008-0081, <br /> 3. Cal Water is prohibited from discharging when run-off due to precipitation is entering the storm <br /> drain system. <br /> 4. All work shall be completed in a manner to reduce pollutants entering the storm system to the <br /> maximum extent practicable. <br /> 5_ An Encroachment Permit is required for any work within the County right-of-way or application <br /> to discharge. Costs for discharge or facilities in County right-of-way shall be borne by the <br /> applicant. <br /> 6. An Encroachment Permit must be accompanied by an improvement plan, including traffic <br /> control if applicable, submitted for review and approval by the County. All improvements shall <br /> be in conformance with the current County Improvement Standards and Specifications. The <br /> improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check and field inspection fees, and <br /> must be approved by the County. Fees will be based on the current schedule at the time of <br /> payment. (Development Title Sections 9-240 and 9-1100) <br />
