The traffic control requirements at Bird Rd. remain the same. All temporary pavement will
be removed and the road restored to its existing condition. Please advise if the county takes any exception to this revised
plan.
Please note that Mountain Cascade is scheduled to cross Bird Rd. with the Pipeline on September 28th, 2011. This will be a
one day traffic system for excavation and installation of pipe. Backfill and Paving will require two additional days of traffic
control tentatively scheduled for October 6th and October 12th respectively (Please note these dates are subject to change and
Mountain Cascade will continue to notify SJ County in advance of any work).
Thank you,
Kevin Downs
Mountain Cascade, Inc.
925-525-8199
From: Greg Lutes
Sent: Friday, September 16, 20119:18 AM
To: Kevin Downs; John Eudy
Subject: FW: HH 935B draft TC Plan for Bird Rd
Bird Rd. shoe fly for your review
From: Kevin Hilz [mailto:kmichaelhilz@yahoo.com]
Sent: Thursday, September 15, 20118:22 AM
To: Greg Lutes
Cc: John Eudy; Mariano Hernandez
Subject: HH 935B draft TC Plan for Bird Rd
John, Greg,
This tcp is a draft of how we expect the construction phasing to proceed.
