RECLAMATION DISTRICT 1614 <br /> RESOLUTION 2010-07 <br /> DELL_ R-A,TI0N OF EMERGENCY REGARDING PUMP STATIONS <br /> WH-.�REAS, Commencing on November 19, 2010, the prospect of heavy rains prompted <br /> a hi,h level of concern for interior flooding within the within Reclamation District 1614-- Smith <br /> Tract (Distr.ct). Such threat of heavy rains and potential interior flooding constitutes a clear and <br /> imminent d�mger to life and property within the District by failure of the Hogue Avenue Pump <br /> Station due to a deteriorated discharge pipeline. <br /> NO'N THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that any trustee, officer, superintendent or <br /> engineer acting alone or in concert with others is hereby authorized to contract for any and all <br /> labor, materials, equipment, and supplies deemed necessary to keep the Hogue Avenue Pump <br /> Station and any other interior drainage facilities of the District in service. <br /> NO"V THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the duration of the pending <br /> interior flood threat is uncertain and it is intended that the authorization herein shall continue <br /> until such threat is determined by the District Board of Trustees to have ended.
