Backfill material, within the levee or within 15 feet of the levee toe, shall be placed in four(4) j <br /> to six (6) inch layers with approved material and compacted to a minimum of 90 percent relative <br /> compaction pursuant to ASTM D-1557. Compaction tests by a certified soils laboratory are j <br /> required to verify compaction. <br /> 10. Upon completion of the project, the Permittee shall submit a hard copy and an electronic copy in <br /> AutoCAD format and PDF format of the as-built drawings to the following: <br /> i <br /> San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue I <br /> Stockton, California 95205 <br /> San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency <br /> 22 East Weber Avenue <br /> Stockton, California 95202. <br /> 11. District-approved visible markers shall be installed and maintained by the Permittee, or <br /> successor-in-interest, to identify the location of the buried pipe (see enclosure). <br /> 12. In the event of a leak, the water pressure shall be turned off by the Permittee within two hours <br /> of being notified by the District, the Central Valley Flood Protection Board, or the California <br /> Department of Water Resources. Repair of the waterline shall commence within 24 hours of a <br /> repair request from the District, provided all permits and clearances from appropriate agencies, <br /> including the Central Valley Flood Protection Board, are obtained. If permanent repairs are not <br /> commenced within 24 hours, the Permittee shall develop and implement an interim plan to prevent <br /> damage to, and protect the integrity of, flood control facilities, in coordination with, and to the <br /> satisfaction of, the District and the Central Valley Flood Protection Board. Failure to begin repairs <br /> within 24 hours of the request shall give cause to the District to have the repairs completed at the <br /> expense of the Permittee. <br /> 13. The Permittee shall verify the condition of the pipe through the levee using videotaping or <br /> visual inspection methods at least once every five years and submit results of the inspection to <br /> the San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, and through the Central <br /> Valley Flood Protection Board to the Department of Water Resources, Flood Project Integrity <br /> and Inspection Branch, and to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, Flood <br /> Protection and Navigation Section. <br /> 14.
