SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR <br /> LODII INDIVIDUAL TIME TRIALS — P.A.C.E.R.S. <br /> ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br /> 1. The traffic handling, on Woodbridge Road and Van Exel Road, shall be maintained by either <br /> Highway Patrol or the Sari Joaquin County Sheriff Department, the County requires written <br /> verification from either entity by letter or email indicating their involvement. <br /> 2. Residents shall be notified in writing, as approved by the County, two weeks prior to the event. <br /> Provide a copy of the outreach documents to the County. <br /> 3. Contractor shall notify and coordinate with all emergency services (fire, police, etc.) a minimum of <br /> 7-days prior to the event. <br /> 4. There shall be no event parking within the designated wildlife parking areas at any time. <br /> 5. Post fliers, regarding the event, within the designated wildlife parking areas two weeks prior to the <br /> event. After the event be sure to remove all fliers from the designated wildlife parking areas. <br /> 6. All tables, signs, etc. shall not be placed on private property. Signs, tables, etc. shall be located <br /> outside travel lanes on public roads. <br /> 7. Event shall not be conducted during heavy fog conditions. <br /> 8. Parking on public roadways shall be limited to Van Exel Road. <br /> 9. Emergency vehicle access shall be provided at all times. <br /> 10. Insurance naming San Joaquin County as additional insured and certificate holder must be <br /> submitted to the County. <br />
