SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR <br /> ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br /> 1. All pipe and pipeline irelated facilities including, but not limited to, valves, utility boxes <br /> and vaults, and frames and covers shall be maintained by the Permittee. The Permittee <br /> shall be responsible f'or any and all costs associated with the removal, relocation and/or <br /> adjustment of these facilities as determined by the County at the Permittee's expense. <br /> (Streets and Highways Code 1463) <br /> 2. All future maintenance of the pipeline and related facilities within the County right-of-way <br /> will require a San Joaquin County Encroachment Permit. <br /> 3. Applicable conditions from the encroachment permit E.P. No. 67-214 apply unless <br /> superseded by current San Joaquin County Improvement Standards and Specifications. <br />
