The <br />Contractor <br />will be responsible for adequately scheduling <br />inspection and testing of <br />all facilities constructed under this contract with a minimum 24 hours notice to the County. <br />All <br />testing must <br />conform to the Standard Specifications. All <br />re -testing will be paid by <br />the Contractor. <br />7. The <br />Contractor <br />must exercise due caution and carefully preserve survey bench marks, <br />control points, reference points and all survey stakes, and must bear all expenses for <br />replacement and/or errors caused by their unnecessary loss or disturbance. <br />8. Hand grinding of Roadway Surfacing will be required at locations where existing highway and utility facilities are within the Cold Plane Pavement and Pavement Repair limits. <br />Payment for hand grinding will be considered as included in the contract unit price paid for Cold Plane Pavement. <br />0 9.
