<br />As provided in Sections 66469 through 66472.1, inclusive, of the Government Code of the State of
<br />California, this Certificate of Correction is made to note the following change(s) on that certain final map
<br />of "Tract No. 3567, Subdivisions of San Joaquin County, Villa Ticino West, Unit No. 1", City of Manteca,
<br />California, filed for record the 11th day of May, 2022, in Book 44 of Maps and Plats, at Page 26, San
<br />Joaquin County Records:
<br />1. Correct the centerline monument in a monument well, set 5.00 feet south of the intersection
<br />of the centerlines of Frizzante Lane and Controllata Street, on the centerline of Frizzante
<br />Lane on sheet 3, 4 and 5 of 5 sheets in lieu of the shown set monument in a monument well
<br />at the intersection of the centerlines of Frizzante Lane and Controllata Street due to
<br />interference of the previously constructed concrete apron around the non -potable water valve
<br />prior to the installation of the monument well
<br />The fee owner(s) of the real property, on the date of the filing of the original map, affected by this
<br />correction is (are) as follows:
