The City of Stockton must make sure that there is a minimum amount of space for 4'-0" of <br /> unobstructed sidewalk and 0'-8" retaining curb at the location of the controller cabinet. <br /> 2. The contractor shall call Field Engineering (Manny Valencia, 209-953-7421) prior to <br /> pouring controller cabinet foundation. <br /> 3. CMS shall be used if the duration of the work at the intersection of Pershing Avenue and <br /> Hammer Lane is longer than one day (more the one day of temporary lane closures). <br /> 4. The City of Stockton shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with the relocation <br /> and/or adjustment of these facilities as determined by the County at The City of Stockton's <br /> expense. (Streets and Highways Code 1463) <br /> 5. All future maintenance of the pipeline and related facilities within the County right-of-way will <br /> require a San Joaquin County Encroachment Permit. <br />
