SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR <br /> LODI MILE — DAVIS ROAD <br /> ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br /> 1. The traffic handling, at the intersections of Davis Road /Woodbridge Road and Davis Road / <br /> Lucas Road, shall be provided by either Highway Patrol or the San Joaquin County Sheriff <br /> Department, the County requires written verification from either entity by letter or email indicating <br /> their involvement. <br /> 2. Delays to the travelling public shall be kept to a minimum. <br /> 3. Residents shall be notified in writing, as approved by the County, two weeks prior to the event. <br /> Provide a copy of the outreach documents to the County. <br /> 4. Applicant shall notify and coordinate with all emergency services (fire, police, etc.) a minimum of <br /> 7-days prior to the event. The County requires written verification from each entity by letter or <br /> email. <br /> 5. Applicant shall coordinate with Lucas Winery, Jessie's Grove Winery and Bare Ranch Winery. <br /> The County requires written verification from each entity by letter or email. <br /> 6. There shall be no event parking within the County right-of-way at any time. Event signage shall <br /> include directions / locations for parking to ensure no event parking in County right-of-way. <br /> 7. Event shall not be conducted during heavy fog conditions. <br /> 8. Emergency vehicle access shall be provided at all times. <br /> 9. Access to local residents shall be provided at all times. <br /> 10. Insurance naming San Joaquin County as additional insured and certificate holder must be <br /> submitted to the County. <br /> 11. Marking of pavement (e.g. paint) is not allowed. <br /> 12. Roadway shall be completely cleared and open to the travelling public at 3:00 pm. All related <br /> signage shall be removed at 3:00 pm. <br />
