Placing signs shall be done in conformance to the California Manual on <br /> Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). All signs and equipment shall be removed <br /> immediately after the cleanups are over. The highway shall be returned to its original condition <br /> or better. THIS PERMIT DOES NOT ALLOW LANE CLOSURES ON INTERSTATE <br /> 580 MAINLINE.
