SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR <br /> STARBUCKS AT BENJAMIN HOLT DRIVE <br /> ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br /> 1. Residents and businesses shall be notified in writing, as approved by the County, 48-hours in <br /> advance of any impacts to their access or disruption of their utility service. <br /> 2. All improvements including, but not limited to, pipelines, valves, utility boxes and vaults, frames <br /> and covers shall be maintained by the applicant. The applicant shall be responsible for any and <br /> all costs associated with the future relocation and/or adjustment of these facilities as determined <br /> by the County at the applicant's expense. (Streets and Highways Code 1463) <br /> 3. All future maintenance of the improvements within the County easement will require a San <br /> Joaquin County Department of Public Works Encroachment Permit. <br /> 4. Permittee acknowledges and agrees the installation of the improvements provided herein shall, <br /> upon request of the County Department of Public Works, be removed by and at the sole expense <br /> of the Permittee within 30 days. <br /> a. Permittee acknowledges and agrees the conditions imposed by this encroachment permit shall <br /> be rescinded and considered non-applicable upon completion of the easement abandonment.
