Special Conditions for -3- <br />ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br />24. ABANDON IN PLACE: Within forty-five (45) days after the service of a 45 -day notice from San <br />Joaquin County Public Works to relocate, change grade, construct, use, maintain, change or <br />modify any street improvement of any County -owned utility facilities, Pacific Gas & Electric shall <br />at its cost and expense, begin the necessary work to remove abandoned facilities in conflict. <br />
