November 18, 2022 <br />County of San Joaquin <br />Department of Public Works <br />Encroachment Permit Department <br />Subject: 2926 Michigan Ave — Permit # 8658 <br />California Water Service Company is applying for an encroachment permit for service replacement <br />under emergency work in San Joaquin County for 2926 Michigan Ave. According to the encroachment <br />permit department, Michigan Ave is currently under a moratorium condition.
