Special Conditions for -2- <br />ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br /> <br /> <br />13. All future maintenance of the power pole and related facilities within the County right-of-way will <br />require a San Joaquin County Encroachment Permit. <br /> <br />14. County roads shall be kept clean from mud and debris at all times along the access points and <br />work zone areas during entire project. All standard roadway striping and signage shall be clearly <br />visible, maintained and restored throughout the construction zone during and after the project. <br /> <br />15. The contractor shall not conduct construction operations in rain or heavy fog conditions.
