PROPERTIES WITHIN THIS AREA ARE ROUTINELY SUBJECT TO <br />OVERFLIGHTS BY AIRCRAFT USING THIS PUBLIC -USE AIRPORT AND, AS A <br />RESULT, RESIDENTS MAY EXPERIENCE INCONVENIENCE, ANNOYANCE, OR <br />DISCOMFORT ARISING FROM THE NOISE OF SUCH OPERATIONS.
