THIS REPAIR SHALL INCLUDE ALL CONSTRUCTION AND MATERIALS TO RESTORE THE SITE TO EXISTING CONDITIONS. <br />4. EACH ADVANCED WARNING SIGN ON EACH SIDE OF THE ROADWAY SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH AT LEAST TWO FLAGS. FLASHING BEACONS SHALL <br />BE PLACED AT THE LOCATION INDICATED FOR LANE CLOSURE DURING HOURS OF DARKNESS. <br />5. ALL WORKERS SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH A REFLECTIVE VEST AND HARD HAT. ALL FLAGGERS SHALL ALSO BE EQUIPPED WITH A C28 <br />"STOP/SLOW" PADDLE AND SHALL BE TRAINED IN THE PROPER FUNDAMENTALS OF FLAGGING TRAFFIC. <br />6. NO PARKING SIGNS SHALL BE PLACED 72 HOURS PRIOR TO SET UP. SIGNS SHALL BE POSTED EVERY 20 LINEAR FEET OF OCCUPIED SPACE WITH <br />AT LEAST ONE SIGN AT EACH END OF OCCUPIED SPACE. <br />7. ANY CONFLICTING SIGNS WILL BE COVERED FOR THE LENGTH OF THE JOB. <br />8. CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN EMERGENCY VEHICLE AND DRIVEWAY ACCESS AT ALL TIMES. <br />9.
