January 15, 2021 <br />County of San Joaquin <br />Department of Public Works <br />Encroachment Permit Department <br />Subject: 2304 E Stadium St — Permit # 8547 <br />California Water Service Company is applying for an encroachment permit for service replacement <br />under emergency work in San Joaquin County for 2304 E Stadium St. According to the encroachment <br />permit department, E Stadium St is currently under a moratorium condition.
