Adequate lights, signs and barricades shall be placed and maintained bythe Permittee for the protection ofthe public in <br />accordance with the current Caltrans Standard Specifications. <br />A(n) (SEE STAMP) uiside diameter per section 62 of the currennt Caltrans Standard Specifications, ALTERNATIVE PIPE AND PIPE <br />ARCH CULVERTS, shall be installed in roadside di aunage ditch for ainage flow maintenance and shall be of sufl7cient length to clear toe of <br />approach fill or headwalls. <br />The entire area of driveway approach(es), include flares for honing and /or paved fi-ontage(s), fi-om the edge of roadway pavement to <br />right -of --way (fi ort property) lure shall be surfaced with a two inch (2") mhlinnum of asphalt concrete over a (4 inch) Four finch minimiun of <br />compacted layer of three-quarter inch (3/4") maximunn size agb-egate base material (road gravel) conforming to Class 2 Aggregate Base <br />specified in Section 26 of the current Caltrans Standard Specification, or with a four inch (4") minnnum ofportland cement concrete. <br />If portland cement concrete pavement is installed expansion jousts shall be provided at the edge of pavement and along propert <br />y lune.
