PROJECTS WITH AN EXISTING SPEED LIMIT GREATER THAN 55 MPH MAY TEMPORARILY REDUCE BY 10 MPH OR TO 55 MPH, <br />WHICHEVER IS LOWER, WITH THE CONCURRENCE FROM THE CHIEF TRAFFIC OPERATIONS ENGINEER.
