E <br />W <br />SEE GENERAL NOTES ON COVER PAGE. <br />-Contractor shall maintain access to all driveways, pedestrians & emergency <br />vehicles within the affected area's, unless otherwise noted. <br />-Contractor shall maintain a safe "ADA" compliant accessible pedestrian <br />travel way at all times & have a designated escort to assist if needed. <br />-Contractor shall perform all appropriate measures to uphold the <br />safety of any bicyclists within the affected areas. <br />-Contractor shall post temporary "No Parking" signage within all affected areas 72 <br />hours before the start of work. notify all affected residents/businesses. <br />-Contractor may remove or reduce the control zone <br />when the affected area is no longer needed. <br />- Place W20-1 sign on any side street or high volume driveway that is within <br />the traffic control boundaries. <br />r-iagger ivoie: <br />wo or more flaggers may be <br />needed depending on vehicle volume, <br />peeds & road conditions.
