Any flaggers shall meet code and be illuminate d during non visible hours. 8. No Personal or equipment shall be within the buffer zone or transition areas at all times. 6. All signage shall conform to local agency standards or per the MUTCD manual. During non -working hours signage & channelizers shall be removed or covered. 4. All job sites shall appoint a designated person(s) to maintain & uphold that the traffic control is maintained to meet standards at all times and to provide any accommodations for non -motorists. 5. Pedestrian & disabled access shall be maintained at all times. Follow Local guidelines and/or MUT CD standards. 10.Temporary traffic control plans are valid only in conjunction with a permit issued by the public works department or the local controlling authority's.
