The Contractor will be responsible for adequately scheduling inspection and testing of all facilities constructed under <br />this contract with a minimum 24 hour notice to the County. The Contractor must obtain an Encroachment Permit from the State of California for traffic control or any work at Engineer's Discretion. <br />within the State's jurisdiction.
